(pending licensure); Maryland (Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George's County); and Virginia (pending licensure) Fairfax County, Arlington County). Additionally, we offer teletherapy services in Texas, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. without county travel restrictions.

Desired Pediatric Therapy Services accepts State of Maryland Medicaid, Texas Medicaid (TMHP), Molina Healthcare, and Aetna (commercial). If we are not credentialed with your insurance, we can provide you with a superbill. A superbill is an itemized form used by healthcare providers that reflect services rendered. A superbill is the main data source for the creation of a healthcare claim, which will be submitted to payers (insurances, funds, programs) for reimbursement. A superbill may be provided upon request. Please note, Desired Pediatric Therapy Services, LLC can never guarantee reimbursement from your insurer, but we will work hard to assist you in this process. We are happy to walk you through questions to ask your insurance to determine your out of network benefits.
